401K

We'll take care of you while you work with us, but we also want to ensure that you're taken care of after retirement. That's why we offer up to a 3% 401K match, and offer education, to make sure you understand all your options.

Disability

Disability insurance is one of those things we hope we never need, but it's nice to know that we're protected if something does happen. Thats why we offer a basic long term disability plan with the ability to increase if needed.

Stellar Lunch

As a Stellar Care Subaru dealer Mark and Jeff Miller believe in giving back to the employees that help us earn this prestigious award every year. So one day every week Mark and Jeff buy every employee lunch.

Christmas Bonus

We offer a dollar for dollar match that varies by position. Sales receives $5 for every car they sell, and all other positions receive a 1% match with 1% withheld until the end of the year.

Savings Plan

We offer an in house savings plan that allows employees to save money at a higher interest rate than most banks.

Training

We believe very strongly in the importance of investing in our employees. Because of this we spend a lot of money sending our employees to trainings that will help further them in their given careers. We also offer tuition reimbursement up to 50% towards courses that apply towards their position.

We offer employee pricing on services, parts, accessories, and both new and used cars. We also offer 0% financing on tools purchased from tool trucks for technicians, and on laptop purchases for your position if wanted.
